‘Dearly Departed’ ©

Do you hear me when I’ve fallen?

Broken on the floor.

Crying and begging, calling for something more.

For each breath I take to not be such a waste.

Dearly Departed evolving to the core.

Nothing to sheild me or warm me from the cool.

Shaking and Scattered; the world can be so cruel.

You’ve all had your fun.

Slowly pulling me undone and all that’s left is an empty spool.

And all of my flaws, there’s no comfort in the fact that everyone can see them.

and how could it be?

You made me this way.

Soul expansion at a pace too great.

Soul expansion I can’t wait.

Do you hear me when I’m crawling?

Scratching on the floor. Fingernails are bloody.

Such a great reward.

Will sound radiate that high? While you watch the clouds go by.

Dearly Departed.

There must be something more.

‘Blood on my Hands’ ©

You’re never alone, I’m thinking of you.

You’ll feel better when I find you.

I brought you the stars, They’re waiting for you.

All I ask is that you please just sacrifice your life.

You really didn’t own it, you just loaned it.

Forsaken the vice, the struggle within; Balance the scales and let love in.

We stand so far apart; Blood on my hands dripping from my heart.

When I’m done, these thoughts that I chew

I’m still hungry; will I find you?

You ask for the stars, This I can do.

All I ask is that you please just sacrifice your life.

You really didn’t own it; you just loaned it.

Forsaken the vice, The struggle within

Balance the scales and let love in.

‘You’re Lovely’  ©

Written by: Allison Eckfeldt and Brady Bledsoe

We were just strangers passing through

The spirit world they all know you

The house without a light

A place to run and hide

Mother Earth and in her womb

Some Say could give a fright

two creatures in the night

Jumping the gates at the graveyard

He’s got keys to every part

She’s got keys to every heart

The stars spell out You’re Lovely

Telling stories of what shall come

brushing against the gravestones

He sat and laughed; She smoked and danced

The banshees wail You’re Lovely

Falsely thinking fun and games

Foolish boy I’ll show you pain

but first a lovely sight before I make you cry

The darkness calls upon the moon

Mother earth and in her womb

Some say could give a fright

Two Creatures in the night

Walking in the room dripping faith and doubt

Anticipation, The thoughts to come and leave my mouth

Bound by the truth, Released by the lies

These revelations never fail to satisfy

As color starts to shade

The cracks that line this cave

Expose the fiction

Sanctified; There’s no need to wait

As ashes start to fade

and darkness burns away

renewed convictions

Purified in all we create

Hanging on the moon kicking from the sky

No resolution in this story book that we call life

Roots are only as strong as the ground they stand on

These revelations keep on singing the same old song.

Little dollface dances at the alter

While we expire the universe starts to falter

In her hands she holds back time

Whispers in the Wind, Mystery starts to unwind

Sufficient Satisfaction

with a chain reaction

Demons sent into motion, drink, the devil’s potion

Mantra Eviction

Listen and Feel the friction

Mind losing Traction

Sufficient Satisfaction

Set on fire, a spark in the ocean

Endless despair transformation is approaching

Little Dollface, ten thousand thorns

Whispers in the wind

Sovereignty starts to take form.

Cheap Reading glasses, the obscure masses

fleshing out all bluffs

Whips chains and Handcuffs

Milk’s turning sour

As your character cowards down

Is your industry failing because your fishnets are tearing

As your lip stick’s wearing the world stops caring now

I want to see what you look like on the inside

Is there beauty in there trying to hide

After all it’s only skin deep

So peel it back, lets get to the meat

I want to see what you look like on the inside

Is your soul in there trying to hide

You’re eyes lead to the home it’s your heart

But there’s no connection, Not even a spark.

Mind Reels up and over the color wheel

Casting chromatics clearly automatic

Inhale each day no shades of grey

Artistically fraying society’s seams

This heart casts beams that glisten and gleam

Collapse once more into your bed, Retreat

Or lift up, Upon angels wings

I never understood the concept of defeat

I take flight in my dreams

Refill all the joy and creation killed

Crafty and Clever blending in however

This bed’s been made for set old ways

Sanitize all of your spiritual crimes

Opening eyes to higher minds.

In the garden at a little house

We gathered until the bats came out

We are stronger but still a slave

Black mass Witchcraft Paint the Cave

We Were taken from a riddled past

Our sins washed in a dirty bath

Dependance we can’t afford

Death mask Break Cast Cut the Chord

Sex Death Money and Drugs

Black wings circle from above

Sex Death Money and Drugs

They smell fear I taste blood

The darkness that holds us tight

A bond formed under soft moonlight

A danger you can’t ignore

Hands bound Face down Ask for more.

‘Synthetic Happiness’ ©

Love is strange love in spite

Take your life laid out in black and white

pent emotions thicken air

Keeps me searching for someone who cares

I got

Synthetic Happiness

My sanity is all I miss

I had it before I need it again

I’m waiting for this nightmare to end

Dull in Vigor Dull in mind

Lift the veil, Gonna take a shine

Exaltation laced with fear

Pirouette until the thought grows clear.

Forbidden Love

Can we escape our minds

Imposed Restraints to serve the times

The tragedy

Still unclear, the poison pill is in your ear

consumate

the vows we share, now to wait, two hundred years

Bare bones showing flesh is growing heart pumps knowing that you’re near

If my body’s laying limbo souls intertwined

I think we’d be happy for the rest of our lives

Throw out logic and reason

No sense of time

No one to tell us what’s wrong and what’s right

‘Life Gives Birth to Death’©

Written by: Brady Bledsoe

In the basement where the placement of Bodies

They lay so naturally

In a dark room where the print blooms

we wait ever so patiently

Life gives birth to death

All the years it took to find you

I never thought I’d wait so long

Some deny the existence of love but they can’t get enough

Give me purpose make me nervous

I’d love just to feel anything

take a sharp knife twist it clockwise I’d love just to feel anything

Remiss will bring you death

All the years it took to find you

I never thought Id wait so long

some deny the existence of love but they can’t get enough

On a porch swing where the crow sings

and says dust off those souvenirs

all the time spent and precedence give way

Nostalgia or ruin here

Life gives birth to death.

It leaves the worst taste in my mouth

With everything upside down and inside out

Endure the bath of my self doubt

My personal lost and found

Don’t listen to the Ravens

My heavenly Haven

I always seem to cave in

My heavenly Haven

It’s no coincidence

Just a bit more intimate

My Heavenly Haven

Finger tips that trace my soul

With gentle hands

The softest touch I’ve known

One last chance to become whole

Every light casts a dark shadow.
